Many fond memories surround this local branch line which served communities between Shoreham and Horsham for over 100 years until its closure in 1966 as a result of the Beeching Cuts.
Using a careful combination of rare archive film linking the past to the present, this unique video provides an atmospheric glimpse of everyday life of the people who worked, lived and travelled on the line.
Climb aboard the Steyning Flyer for an evocative journey to the lost railway, calling at all stations to Horsham.
